Refund will not be issue if the order is not picked up. As each meal is prepared and cooked within the specified pickup date & time, Jing's Kitchen is not responsible for the quality of a meal in case of a late pickup, although Jing's Kitchen endeavours to keep your order in the good quality to the best of my ability.
